  • $3 million to $50 million
  • Stillwater Investment Group can acquire all cash, with a quick close

  • Existing income-producing properties
  • Failed or stalled construction projects
  • Performing and non-performing loans secured by commercial real estate
  • Recapitalization/equity investment into existing properties

Property Type:

  • Office, single or multi-tenant
  • Warehouse/distribution
  • Multi-tenant business parks
  • Flex/R&D
  • Corprorate owned facilities
  • Strip or single tenant retail projects

Quality/Location:

  • Properties located within in-fill B or better markets
  • Single-tenant properties with mid or long-term leases
  • Multi-tenant properties, including low occupancy or vacant
  • Properties with excess land or additional entitlements
